| 自從標馬破3之後對於賽事都是以賽代訓為主,一來是沒哪麼多時間練習,二來是年紀上了40好幾感覺心肺和體力都恢復得比較慢,所以對於業餘跑者的我就抱著有跑就好的心態,但是身為超馬團的一份子一年沒跑個超馬賽事感覺有點對不起自己,再那麼眾多的超馬賽事中我為何會選擇台北超馬呢?他是一個繞圈圈的計時賽,可以磨練你的意志力,就算您不想跑也不用等回收車,再來沒多少認識的跑友會跑這場,就算跑不好也沒多少人知道,重要的是我有半價優惠(哈哈)
賽前就知道主辦單位的補給很標準,所以帶了一大整理箱的補給品,就是自己喜歡吃的食物和飲料,一早到會場感覺天氣涼爽應該是不錯的跑馬天,鳴槍起跑後配著5:00速前進,由於賽道上有6小時賽和接力賽人數比較多,偶而還要閃來閃去,慢慢的已經來到了第一個馬看了一下時間3小時35分,身體也突然一直覺得渴了起來,每跑3圈就一定要喝水,時間來到第5小時突如其來的撞牆期讓我一直下休息區休息,心中的惡魔一直告訴我在衝1小時就有70K可以棄賽,這個時候兩隻腳已經腫脹疼痛不堪,6小時跑完已有68K達到我先前設定的低標,我下休息區用餐順便讓腳透透氣,想說要換雙襪子結果........我居然沒多帶,只好再繼續撐吧!在度回到場上人數已經變少了有比較好跑,但是我的速度也因為腳的疼痛而掉到5:30左右,第二馬跑完已經是7小時30分了,身體的水分流失也越來越快,每跑一圈就想喝水整個肚子裡都是水,默默的來到了100K大會時間約9小時8分(手錶約8:51),這個時候告訴自己1小時只要10K就可以,不要休息太久就算6分速都可以達到自己的低標130K,看著日本跑者依舊輕鬆的從我身邊刷過,曾經幾度跟上但是心肺能力真的是無法維持長久,不得不佩服日本跑者的能力,俗語說:台上十分鐘,台下十年功。
跑步真的是只有累積,沒有奇蹟,要怎樣的菜單可以自己挑,有努力付出就會有好的回報,也謝謝隊長常常開團讓我們跑杰哥的配速指導,還有板一的跑友們一起努力不懈得吃課表,最重要的補給員辛苦你了,也謝謝國家級的選手(小妹)賽後的探班,感謝超馬團的好朋友們!!
