這場蘆竹馬距家近,早上拖到4:20才起床整理出發。幸好路邊有找到車位可停,也坐到接駁車。約5:30到達會場!!
因近二週工作累到不想夜跑&晨跑團練,都只有週末跑一下。賽前依前幾場設定配速5:30,想說儘量撐到30k。但沒練就是沒辦法,剛過半馬就G.G.,平日跑量還是與肌耐力成正比。最後都走走跑跑,想說完賽就好!!不特別在意成績,當成減肥跑~~
賽道61快速道路跟國道馬一樣不用擔心路口問題,路面甚至更平緩;如果提早個二~三個月辦比賽,應該也是眾家跑友PB首選。
