剛開始跑因為腳傷所以跑得滿保守的,每k5分半的速度,所以前21k是2小時,有按照自己的設定來跑(迴轉前看到愛跑部的高手皮朋學長、得凡、紫米、泛泛、展大、儀婷遠離我....),25k後不知怎麼了,嚴重脫水,嚴重到明顯感覺2之鞋子都濕了,爾後每站補給都需要補水,32k過後跑跑走走明顯感覺我是中暑了(XD我已經多久沒遇到熱中暑),35K左右遇到冠英姊小聊了一下,她說她也好久沒這樣了,感覺是回到初馬時期XD^^,後面慢慢看到立維哥也遠離我.......哭哭,沿途走500m跑2.5K龜速吐回終點....完成時間450..........唉
