| 去年看到棲蘭越野就很嚮往,今天終於如願,只是實力不到不敢去看70公尺高的台灣衫三姐妹,我是跑54K,到鴛鴦湖就折返了。
一早七點從明池山莊出發,跑了9K柏油路後就進入主賽道100林道,這一般是沒有機會進去的,賽道二旁盡是高聳入天的杉樹,陽光照射進來真是美到令人忘記疲累。
棲蘭神木園區是這次的重頭戲,園區今天封園,為的就是給今天的跑者好好欣賞,許久以前就想去棲蘭看神木,只是沒想到會是在這種情形去欣賞,神木都是以古代歷史名人命名,比如:孔子,關羽,成吉思汗,武則天.........等,每一棵神木都相當壯觀,果真不虛此行。
這個賽道爬升不多,主要都是緩坡,但跑起來也著實並不輕鬆,下半場體力耗盡開啟上坡走路下坡跑步的模式。
