因為最近沒啥練速度跟量…前半段努力想維持住510-520!免強算有達到目標!結果折返立刻感受到逆風的壓力……途中還帶著細雨……結果腳竟然痲了!!腳都痲了怎麼跑……就撐住在4:30內回終點!補給吃到飽回來吧……氣候感受最強烈的應該不是跑者…而是工作人員跟加油團還有攝影師們……不知到他們要忍受這樣的天氣幾小時為我們跑者們奮鬥著
