跑得比初馬時差很多,前陣子有點小傷所以訓練有些不足,加上過年好像吃太多,胖了1、2公斤,跑到15K後就抽筋,後面只能跑跑停停,還好沒被關門…
賽前宣言: 初馬的賽場,不過前陣子有小傷跑量不足,破PB不敢想,希望比初馬成績進步就好…加油!
賽後評分: 今年雖然跑得慢,但補給都很充足,沒發生去年沒水喝的糗事…
