聽俊哥的建議,換上薄襪再測試看看,果然卡卡的感覺少了許多,跑完後腳底小指下方也不像之前那樣的疼痛,但是右腳會滑動,我想或許是右腳比左腳小吧?!原本想到和上回一樣到16K的距離,但跑到14K左右時右腳大拇指有灼熱感似乎快起水泡了,不敢再多跑15K後就提前結束今晚測試。穿了幾十年的鞋,還不知鞋子有這麼大的學問,要不是因運動傷害,根本不會去留意這個問題,不經一事不長一智,還真是如此!
