2016、2017、2019第3年參加了,今年6點就起跑了,第一次騎機車去會場,太陽公公一早就出來蠻熱的,全馬路線有更改,攻略:上坡一定走、平路盡量跑、下坡一定跑、水站一定停。一整個路跑+健行的概念,補給品很豐富(香蕉、梨子、橘子、鹽、梅粉、叭噗、啤酒、可樂...)也有冰水可以沖涼很棒,不然我這種快12點才快跑完的,熱到臉都沒汗了,今年的獎牌蠻喜歡的,感謝這一切,燃起新希望。
