腿沒抽筋 跑慢慢的沒撞牆
但是39-40出現心臟承受不了,
只好邊走變跑,吃顆檸檬鹽糖後似乎就正常了---無傷完成😆
聽說跑全馬要沖冷水,回家先沖膝蓋了!
