賽事前晚詢問中醫師的意見…
她說:可以慢慢跑但步伐不能大
一但會痛要立刻棄賽,否則後果嚴重自負
好吧…這樣也好沒有時間的壓力
就是順順跑到棄賽就對了(我懂了)
今天宜蘭的太陽沒在客氣…
一路腳還算聽話沒鬧脾氣!
