| 很幸運一出發就跟到適合的兔子
(404),跑了5km,越來越不喘,原來是兔子掉速(412),決定往前拉50m跟上另一群兔子,穩穩407我喜歡,T配速的喘度,專心在每一步的重心轉移,注意腳跟落地。到了16k決定脫離舒適圈,雖然進步不了幾分鐘,但這次絕不保留!
最後2.5km 全開,腳還有力但心臟跟不上了....
也成功達標進入90大關,YA~ 賽前宣言: Gogo 賽後評分: 10k後的水站,都被13k組給塞滿了
