杉竹連日馬第二馬:
跑完杉林溪馬後拉筋時不小心把左小腿脛前肌給拉傷了~
一起床就有感~再加上之前看過路線圖
知道有二段上坡爬升
因此起跑後就配著6分速緩跑熱身
但左小腿脛前肌及腳底的痛感還是一直存在著
因此一路上就保持著6分速前進
碰到第一段上坡2.7K爬升150m
緊接著1.4k下降100m後折返
1.4k爬升100m真的很要命~~完全跑不起來
後續太陽公公開始發揮威力~~熱的人直想找水降溫~
雖然水站每2k就一個~但並未提供降溫的冰水~
越跑真的越虛弱!!!!
還好路邊的民宅都有水龍頭可以偷用~
不然應該會熱昏在半路上
更痛苦的是36km時那一段3K爬升100m的上坡
邊走上坡還要邊躲太陽
真的痛苦的一場連日馬~!!!
