感謝大姊多留宿一天,意外插曲,參加了腳ㄚ子(大慶哥)主辦的公益路跑賽(感謝曾哥的大力幫忙,讓我獲得參加的機會),除了報名費捐弱勢,每跑一圈(大概5.3km)就歡迎捐50元,總算勉力完成八圈,拿下一隻全馬...熱死人...累。這次學到教訓~兩個多月的擺懶跑量減少以及跑步機而少路跑的效應就是...肌耐力及體力會明顯下降,所以前半馬勉力撐住還可以的速率後,後半馬就是跑走跑走的偷懶行程嚕...
賽後評分: 因疫情關係延到七月實不得已,但是天氣真的很熱...其餘,都很好,尤其是現場堅守崗位的工作人員們,讚!
