7個月沒有跑環高雄.黑柯都變白柯了.剛好本週沒有報任何比賽.自己就來重溫一下環高雄吧
原本6點就要起跑.睡過頭到快7點才起跑.晚一個小時跑就是跑到快曬掛了.沿途都沒遇到任何在跑步的.後面10K非常的崩潰.而且跑完怎麼會累成這樣.上周艋舺馬也不會這麼累...真冏
PS:跑到40K時去美術館的小七買熱狗和冰涼的啤酒.結果店員小妹竟然跟我說這樣的搭配真怪.會嗎...XD
