一直受到膝蓋受傷的影響,對本次關山100K抱著跑多少算多少心情,出發後跑到10K左右,受到跑友影響,想說能跑完60K就舉白旗等座回收車,60-65K還有一段上坡未爬完不甘心投降,過65K後受到工作人員及跑友鼓勵,剩下35K大部分是下坡,才決定再試看看,能跑多遠算多遠,74K後(9:40)已經破自己訓練的量跟時間,看看能不能撐過84K(2個全馬路程)時間約11個小時,都一一被自己打破,值得慶幸,剩下16K因該能在3小時內完成,此時才感到筋疲力盡的名詞由來,1小時跑不到8K,可憐阿,但皇天不負苦心人,還是在時間內完成此賽,值得為自己慶賀慶賀。
賽前宣言: 準備了幾年想說今年開始跑百K賽,無奈去年底一個傷害,造成二個月來的訓練與賽事不順,遂既期待又怕受傷害......
賽後評分: 超級賽道,身體恢復後,還是會想再參加。
