和阿忠相約跑半馬,前幾k還算正常,身體熱開後的阿忠就一直在加速,這讓我跟著有一步差距,發現前一天的訓練對腳有些負擔,16k後開始跟不上了(有種被遺棄的傷感🤣)後面的路程提醒自己別掉速太多,最後結束時差距大約500公尺。
