2020蘇花公路馬拉松42K
因為疫情關係,原訂3月份的比賽延至今天開跑,雖然賽前就知道這路線很硬,沒想到這三上三下的路線讓人超崩潰😅
(尤其是最後一個6K爬坡+9K下坡,雙腿直逼臨界值…不斷拉警報😖只能一直切換走跑模式,讓腳稍作喘息😥)
最後的3K完全靠意志力在奔跑,用盡洪荒之力一鼓作氣衝回終點😥
(快爆掉雙腿竟然奇蹟似恢復正常,不再有抽痛不適的感覺🤔好神奇)

很開心也很感動,第一場山路全馬可以無傷完賽且sub4(大破PB,由4:21->3:50大躍進😆)
