今天天氣陰天好跑,起跑時狀況不錯一路跟上智強哥的配速,可惜智強哥感冒身體狀況不優叫我自已先衝。
就以智強哥開的配速前進到21K狀況感覺都好。
後段山路上坡真的跑到不要不要
只好停下腳步變步兵,遇到下坡就衝拉回走路的時間,可惜跑到38K時大腿快抽筋肚子又餓,只好停下腳步走一下進補給站吃東西順便補一包水動能電解質,只好降速順順跑回終點求破4完賽就好。
