今天身體狀況真的很差,感冒沒體力加上昨晚幾乎淺眠沒睡著,雙重加上來跑到半馬,幾乎身體被榨乾一樣,好累呀!很想坐回收車回來,最後半馬只好硬撐回來,沒辦法破4只好破5回來,感冒真的不適合跑長距離。
