| 第93馬三重ㄚ拖馬,風景優美的八里左岸,陰天微風,乍看是個適合跑馬的天氣。前半馬147,還算及格。後半馬卻跑得很落漆,兩個原因:濕度超過90+%,上週戀戀桐花馬四公里陡下,對我的股四頭肌傷害很大,讓我一週無法跑步,到今天仍未恢復。因此25k後兩隻大腿肌群隱隱作痛,到30k轉成刺痛,我怕傷勢擴大當下決定緩跑及慢走一路欣賞河岸風光完賽,順便在補給站大吃一頓(殘念!其實沒什麼可吃啊),最後4:23平安抵達終點。
