原本怕來不及練全馬課表,
所以這場打算當作明年高樹馬暖身賽。
但是近幾周30K練跑有進步,
加上天氣適合破PB,
賽前配了很積極的4'25"/k
開跑速度降不下來.. 算了
逆風段就降到4'27"上下,
順風段4'20"上下
大部分時間跟著親切的清煒大哥,
和另一位宗哥? 覺得時間過得好快
一下就到了平日練跑上限30K
32~35K左右小腿肚開始跳動,
可是忽視這個徵兆,硬是想要跑到配速,
35K就突然雙小腿抽筋
停下來拉筋完、一開跑又抽,再拉再跑再抽,
當下已經不是在想310泡湯,
是想還有7K我要怎麼到終點阿...
抽筋循環持續了2K,忽然之間又可以跑了
可是只能維持在不抽筋的邊緣爬回終點
賽前還以為自己已經準備周全,
全馬實在好殘酷阿~~~
