昨天跟內人來到了台北,準備参加台北馬拉松,聽說昨天下了一整天的雨,一早起床,還在下雨……今天的賽道……一定又濕又冷,結果走出飯店……阿娘喂!怎麼那麼冷!還好有帶袖套,今天給自己(沒有壓力的跑),最後跑出3:03分的成績……出發時第一公里耗了太多時間了(人太多了),一時間沒辦法脫穎而出,整體而言算是很好了,所以給自己一個讚(太棒了)……
