跑前
左膝的傷還是隱隱作痛
加上現在外勤,無法好好練習
真的擔心會爆掉。
前30k都不敢跑,穩穩的配600,當作long run練習,保守就好。
過30k後,確認身體還有力氣,改配530推進,最終前半馬2時10分,後半馬2時,收4時10分完賽。
賽後領寄物時,阿姨說這是你跑的嗎?我看你的腳應該還可以繼續跑,你看後面那些跑完腳都動不了了。
下次配速應該可以再調整看看!
