晚上一直想著要LSD,否則根本沒有那個能耐可以再次挑戰馬拉松
致整晚翻來覆去睡不好,也睡不太著覺
乾脆就起身來個LSD,也不敢跑快,也沒力跑快
順便測試膝蓋傷勢能否承受長距離的緩跑
不管跑快跑慢,跑到最後還是沒力,跟原本預測的一樣
晚上隊上還有隊訓,準備GG
完美的台南市切半路線,全程無補給,竟然不會餓也不會渴
