【2021南橫超級馬拉松】
之前跑過2次南橫超馬(2016年100k、2017年60k),去年第10屆特別增設120k組上到向陽;衝著可以跑步到向陽,就再次報名南橫超馬(後來因為疫情延到今年舉辦)
本週四大會才公告因為南橫施工,更改路線為折返跑,當下已沒動力跑,網路也一片罵聲;但只能選擇降為100k組,不能退費,那就重新設定目標,破百k pb
清晨4點起跑,戴著頭燈,從關山、海端,一路往南橫公路前進;漆黑、靜謐的鄉間,只見幾百個跑友依照自己節奏靜靜地跑著
接近6點,天空漸漸亮起,大家已在南橫公路山腰;可惜在六口溫泉處隨即折返,再上去的路段才是南橫公路風景優美的地方
第1趟到50k折返處,整體狀況在預期中;第2趟爬坡雙腳已疲憊,改採跑走模式,花費時間較長;70k時檢視雙腳狀況、速度,剛好在達標邊緣,撐住盡力跑,不要造成事後遺憾;最後順利達標破百k pb,雖然雙腳鐵腿,還是很開心
賽後評分: 臨時更改路線。
