為了5月底的能高越嶺單攻跑,朋友們要練長距離下坡,所以上二子坪,但復興三路實在太陡了,所以我們上坡都用走的,到二子坪才開始跑起來。
下坡距離實在有夠長,加上朋友們都有SUB3的實力,所以下坡衝很快,我也只好硬著頭皮跟上,居然一度跑出3:46/KM的速度,股四頭肌好痠,而且有點沒力,只好中途休息一下再繼續跑。
