桃園衡龍 本來一開始都跑得不錯,步伐輕盈,和兩位學長一路聊天跑了21公里,後來另一位學長加入龜速列車。直到33公里左右,遇到跑馬老將吳宏剛大哥,被他攔停下來喝剛煮好的剝皮辣椒土雞湯,整個跑馬破5的鬥志瞬間潰散,實在是太好喝了。加上雙腳的疲勞感,最後的8公里跑跑走走,不如預期的完賽,差五分鐘破5小時。但還是很開心地完成,再下一馬 賽前宣言: 完賽就好 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 112~136 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 136~153 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 153~159 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 159~168 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 168~173 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為173 點此去設定最大心率 |
