第一次挑戰越野賽
原先報名時只想跑22K
結果大家互相推坑變成43K
(唉~~~跑跑部又名推坑部)
當山路和平路相結合時
又會擦出怎樣的火花???
1.全程幾乎都在玩變裝秀
外套→背心→外套+遮雨帽→背心
(自拍也拍得很爽...個人純欣賞就好...)
但也因為準備充足...才沒變成人肉冰棒
(看到打赤膊的跑友...心中無比欽佩!神呀!)
2.出門前要祈求好天氣
風櫃嘴之後的風雨
讓我登上七星山後...很想#@%#$%%^$
3.越野跑果然要手腳並用
上坡時...快GG了...可以學四腳動物
或者每爬一階...手幫忙按摩大腿
快跌倒時...手拿出來稱地...以免滾下山
重心不穩時...雙手打開平衡
手可以去推樹或岩石...產生反作用力...穩固平衡
4.好的夥伴帶你上天堂
記得預約加入跑跑部的越野成長團
跟在老爺和丁丁的後面
偷偷觀摩一下怎麼借力使力
5.鬼抓人遊戲好玩!
跑在後面時...可以玩起個人版鬼抓人
持續往前抓人...增加繼續跑下去的意願
