因為大雨及練習不足,早上差一點就棄賽睡到飽 ><
一到會場才知道大雨是無法阻擋這群熱血瘋跑之人~
也體驗第一次跑步全程淋著雨,跑到後頭真想把鞋子給脫掉= =
一過折返點25.5K(岡林教會)後,因為大腿緊繃! 開始跑跑走走~ ( 真得是要練習= = )
經過這場阿勃勒馬拉松看清楚也知道現階段的目標了!
台南還是有山路可以練習!! 自己練習跑姿之餘也需要鍛練一下肌群,希望半年後可以跑得隨心所欲~
