03:45起床,想說補給好不用吃太多,二片吐司黑咖啡,0430出門0510到會場,上個廁所0533寄物,0600一開始起跑人太多,滿滿跑到棧橋用走的,第一折返點開始用跑的,第一個補給點沒喝先上個廁所,滿滿熱身上橋,終於開始第一個上坡,滿滿的跑上去恩恩感覺很好,不能急要穩定配速,然後下坡也是不能急滿滿下坡,5k補給站跑了喝杯水出發,開始餓了9k吃了香腸,15k咬了一支冰棒,29k拿了包滷味,35吃香蕉,最後的和美山步道跟爬山一樣。
