第二次跑都蘭馬,真的被打敗了,雖然賽事提前2小時,讓我在涼爽的天氣下跑馬,前半馬2小時20分倒也破個人pb,但隨著天氣轉熱,全程補給只有水、運動飲料,長時間的跑馬,能量迅速流失但無任何熱能補充,還好有4個小朋友出面幫助,逛逛小七倒也讓我補足完賽的體力,如果明年還辦,我是不會再拿自己生命開玩笑唄~ 賽前宣言: 完賽 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
