人總是愛幹些蠢事
證明自己很行啊
終於明白全馬是自虐啊!
但高高的山頭
跑步過了27k以後兩腳抽筋疼痛
跑不下去,體會生不如死的感覺
堅持是屬於最後勝利者,多謝宋大哥,黑馬,光玉一起奮鬥完賽,
也感恩沿途補給站各大慢跑站魚哥小苯素珍動魂等夥伴們熱情豐富補給,我這次每站都去補給水分,因為太熱了
有啤酒,蠻牛,綠豆湯,仙草茶,吃太多跑不動啊!也因為大腿抽筋筋膜炎疼痛,補給品站提供噴了很多肌樂,非常有回憶慘烈賽事。
30k又是另一段長長的上坡道路
這次哩程是44公里,我沒有跑去別地方玩,小蔡杯杯全馬大家跑完後,都說真硬,而且是44k啊!
鞋子脫下來一看有六個腳趾頭黑麻麻瘀血啊!
