沒想到山路高手還這麼多!女總8,跑不進前5。但今天這樣已經不錯了,成績比預料中好。大概是肌力和之前相比有些微提升,今天直到跑完都沒有膝蓋痛的問題。但畢竟是山路,最後4、5公里有個很抖的下坡,跑完那個坡到平路有個左轉彎,那時右小腿有快要抽筋的感覺,稍微停下來幾秒再繼續跑,情況有好轉。
