按自己的規劃去跑, 遇坡緩跑不走, 折返前至少保留一半體力, 最後6k再提升速度, 算是一次不錯的練習.
賽前宣言: 同事說這場不錯, 沒有全馬, 只好選48
賽後評分: 動員很多人, 補給該有的都有(其實也不用太特殊), 表現中規中矩, 在竹山這個不大的城鎮, 能辦成這樣, 我認為不錯!
