太難跑了今天,溼度太高......😤😩,前半體感覺比上週輕鬆,但其實心率比想像中的高;後半體感很痛苦,但心率好像也沒有想像中的高?跑完當下是不想緩跑收操,但回到家身體感覺其實沒有那麼累?🤔10圈以後維尼老師開始練習,大概每3圈就要被套圈1次(我根本就是第一跑道路障來著)😅,最後200m感覺快要被追上,不想再擋到人家用盡力量衝一下🤣。
