2023年第一場馬拉松就獻給了卓蘭馬。上個星期突然感冒全身無力,不敢想像今天要怎麼跑,打定主意上坡走下坡跑的策略。6:30起跑,一路上天氣涼爽很給力,沿路各種水果補給吃到不想離開🤣,只不過8K過後就幾乎沒有平路,在快要爆掉邊緣終於撐回終點。會場跟苗慢夥伴還有很多好朋友相見歡,會後去建廟200週年峨崙廟博杯,我在僅有一次機會就擲出聖筊幸運得到抱枕,希望好運氣讓我2023年身體健康一切都順利!
