| 嚮往美麗的日月潭馬拉松許久、今日終於踏上這一馬……
早上4點起床準備、4:45往會場出發、一夜的興奮讓我睡眠品質不佳、早上腸胃也不太舒適、沒想到才跑3k肚子就做怪、趕快找廁所一解腸胃大戰、也因此延遲了約5分鐘、更讓我預定要保5的成績飛了(好會牽拖)………
跑過一次日月潭後、發現環日月潭一圈非常棒、延途都有樹陰遮陽、若是冬天的氣溫來跑步、是非常舒服的。但我今天最後5k開始大腿有抽筋現象、上次的竹山超馬+葡萄馬連二日的山路馬、都沒有抽筋的感覺、而今日的抽筋痛死我了、也讓我保5失敗……
