桃園傅仕熙 桃園傅仕熙 世外桃園馬剛好sub4完賽,剛起跑三鐵錶容量就滿(平常上傳到網站後,都不刪除的後果),按了刪除,連設定都清除了,只好停下來花四分鐘設定,沒有錶不會跑了。
平常都在楓樹坑練跑,這場是在我的地盤,不能跑太差,但十二月今天是第一天跑步,然後又上上下下,所以楓樹坑第二圈就快抽筋,只能放慢,勉強sub4。
夜裡下起不小的雨,雖然跑步時雨很小,地上不少積水,沒跑多久鞋子已經溼了,快十點就開始出太陽,天氣變化真大,飄著細雨跑步真的很舒服。楓樹坑的波斯菊謝了不少,上星期比較好看。
