是一場很棒的馬拉松,不過路線高低起伏不少,對腳有點吃力,後半段因故停了10分鐘才繼續跑,身體冷卻的結果就是在30公里的地方抽筋,後半段差點不完,這次的比賽也讓我學到教訓,天冷的時候跑步停下來要拉個筋,避免類似悲劇
