| 還是沒有破除左鎮魔咒~練不夠,這兩週的週跑量只有30K+20K,今天25K後上坡越跑越吃力,只能眼見4小時配速員離我越來越遠~~
今天第一次穿母子鰐魚Y托跑山路全馬,試看看阿斯里肌腱會不會比較不痛,所幸今天跑完右小腿阿斯里肌腱沒怎麼嚴重的疼痛。
