答應朋友要陪跑,就成了我第一次跑歡樂…(超)馬!
吃的飽飽的,這場有豐盛的補給,水果、甜點、魯味、炸物,還有現烤的BBQ,再配上無敵風景,而且無酸無痛完賽,超讚的啦!
以前為了省時間,遇補給站,稍微減速,喝水、運動飲料,吃鹽巴、檸檬,就立馬加速出站。
為了維持平衡,保持巡航,眼晴都只凝視前方,錯失許多風景。
