| 預報就是熱爆的天氣,抵達時雖有風但也是一點悶悶的,這天氣跑在海岸線就真的是挑戰!
起跑就想辦法先調整呼吸,但心率一下也到150,只能這樣再找看看有沒有我可以跟的跑者。沿途還好有冰的運動飲料跟可樂,我只能每站都進去喝,不然真的跑不下去。
30K後..開始微微抽筋,進站後就只能依靠肌樂勉強壓下..後半段當然雙腳輪流抗議,就只能把速度調整..儘量跟它們妥協,謝謝你們至少讓我回終點才大抽。
