台北市kimweng 早上一起床,竟然已經5:30啦!6:00要開跑耶~~好險昨天已經準備的差不多,別好號碼布,立馬狂奔出門,到了會場已經6:10分左右,寄好物,剛好趕上半馬的6:15開跑,心想:「應該不會被關門吧~~」
開跑之後,天氣不錯,陰陰涼涼的很舒服,剛開始跑的還算順暢,因為上次觀音馬的經驗,這次決定還是盡量用跑的,到折返點時間約2:07,心裡也大概有底,這次的關鍵是在回程的10KM上坡,如果控制得當,力保不抽筋的話,或許有機會壓在4:30以內,果然,到了28KM處,又開始要抽筋了,眼前還有約2~3KM的上坡,只好用走的,這次鐵下心來,決定把剩下的上坡採用步兵策略,順便讓肌肉休息一下,好不容易走完上坡,剩下的幾乎都下坡路段,在控制不抽筋的前提下,穩穩的跑完,最後4:37完賽,還不錯啦!比去年退步7分鐘,抽筋果然還是我的罩門,下次繼續努力!!
這場依舊是一場小而美的賽事,沿路補給蠻充足的,完賽後的還提供冰涼果醋、熱米粉條、綠豆湯,很讚!摸彩的獎項也真不少,當然,我還是沒抽中啦!!習慣就好~~
