環台北70K超馬賽,路線:台北大佳河濱公園~沿基隆河河濱自行車道~南港中研院~南深路山豬窟~深坑~木柵~景美溪河濱車道~新店溪河濱~淡水河河濱~社子島河濱~回大佳河濱公園。
沿路欣賞台北河濱景觀,下著雨放鬆心情跑,補給中規中矩,華江橋河濱公園還看見30幾隻埃及艷睘,社子島公園景觀壯麗,遠看觀音山及淡水河口,水鳥超多,讓我看見不一樣的台北,冒雨跑了50K後腳趾起水泡,55K後太陽探出雲端,悶熱異常,最後終於撐到終點,7時35分完成賽事,累啊。
