效率 = 划手數 + 時間(秒) 貝克漢練泳
本來想要偷懶的,但是CC和武強力邀.
一開始先練習踢水200m,然後是夾浮球練划手.
踢水還是有些膝蓋彎曲,踢水的頻率要再慢一些,踢水不用出水面.
最後練習蛙式長距離,中間穿插3次50m的自由式. 4月累積里程 : 4.55 km |
