| 鎮西堡百k當天異動成80k完賽。原因是因為秀巒上泰岡時,腳因訓練量不足後半開始步兵,再考量二月渣打馬和三月萬金石是重點,就沒有特別要跑完100k,把自己搞的太累。
今天溼冷下跑步也是累人,唯一收獲頭一次在超馬比賽中,沒有在比賽中嘔吐🙂;意外80k總三臨時異動所以不能上台領獎😀
