大華慢跑團隊很用心籌辦這場比賽,路線好跑,剩下的就是自己的臨場表現了🤣
因有拉傷前10K都在尋找最適合的節奏,不想一直去看錶,認真調整心情保持穩定。
前半馬往屏科大來回感覺還可以;後半馬單車國道返程,天氣熱了,左後大腿隱隱抽筋,把步幅縮小步頻放慢。
過年期間休跑,後段體力掉得很快,感到力不從心🤣
很開心這場賽事能再見到許多南部的跑友,真是好久不見😊
