重新起跑時頭有點暈,還好慢慢能恢復。陸續有人來邊走邊滑手機,不知道是不是在抓寶可夢?
9K再喝一次水,不久過了半馬距離,剩下的就是比上週多的了。這個夏天真是比之前打混很多,因為少了跑超馬的目標,就很少跑長距離了。感覺耐力退步不少,也許等天氣漸漸涼下來,要開始繃緊神經了。
