| 今天實在很熱,加上還是有山路上上下下,22K就爆了。前半馬和星爺配145,後半馬自己慢慢凸,維持用跑的不走路,跑了2小時,總成績345完賽。不滿意但可以接受,回來還撿到一個分組13,比起上週的烙賽,今天算是受傷心靈的小小安慰~
