又是一個連續5天凌晨下班後的比賽,這樣的狀態心肺都感覺不太給力,還是一樣慢慢跑吧!
不過難度比我想像中的大,一路上上下下,讓我有點難受,但比賽是自己報的還是靠意志力吧!好加在轉念後,有撐住,至少沒走路,最後一路撐回終點,還算可以的成績了!
賽前宣言: 台北馬前的練習賽,但前一週又有50KM,所以順順跑就好!
